Our Divine Mandates
“The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever”

The Lord appeared to His servant Prophet Kevin at various times, giving specific mandates that form the foundation of Apostolic Gospel Mission. Each mandate carries divine instruction and prophetic timing.
The 10 Divine Mandates
The Apostolic Mandate
The foundational call to apostolic ministry – fishing for souls and establishing the church.
The Prophetic Mandate
A call to prophetic utterance that transcends borders and influences nations.
The Healing Mandate
“I have made you into a rock out of which rivers of healing will flow” • “If you honour my word, I will honour your words and use it to heal the people” • “Do not leave the afflicted to help the needy”
The Teaching Mandate
“I am sending you to impart knowledge of my word to my people, by teaching them my ways so that they may walk in my path. I will open your eyes to see mysteries in my word, I will put my words in your mouth and hide you in the shadow of my hand, words that no man shall be able to gainsay, words that sustain the weary, words that revive the broken spirits, words of eternal life”
The Favour Mandate
Restoring divine favour to God’s people – open doors, supernatural provision, and grace.
The Pastoral Mandate
Establishing a spiritual family and raising disciples who carry the vision.
The Liberation Mandate
“to raise them up from sitting in the dust in the kingdom of darkness to sitting on thrones in the kingdom of light” • “I have given you the voice of liberation” • “Do not leave the afflicted to help the needy”
The Publishing Mandate
The servant of God was given a pen in a vision and was commanded to write down the things the Lord will reveal to him so that the world may receive the light of those revelations.
The Media Mandate
The Lord showed a TV channel to His servant in a vision. It shall be called Transfiguration TV and it shall be a net which I will cast out into the waters of the world to fish my people out. And a radio station called Transfiguration Radio to fulfil this mandate.
The Evangelism Mandate
“I have given you the land arise and possess it” – confirmed with the vision of the Lion of the tribe of Judah: “I am the Lion of the tribe of Judah, I am taking over the world”
The Mandate is Sure
These mandates were not given by man but by divine revelation. They form the blueprint of Apostolic Gospel Mission. As it is written:
